30 days of Dial-In Plus free.
During the launch Founder program, eligible members can receive 30 days of Dial-In Plus at no subscription charge. A valid payment method is required before the trial begins.
Members choose the Weekly, Monthly or Annual plan before activating the trial. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected plan begins billing automatically after the 30-day trial.
Founder enrollment, eligibility and availability are subject to the final launch terms.
Customer information
Subscriptions & cancellation
Dial-In Plus subscriptions automatically renew at the selected weekly, monthly or annual billing interval unless canceled. Members will be able to manage or cancel their subscription through the available account or billing controls.
Founder trial
Eligible Founder members receive a 30-day free Plus trial with a payment method required at activation. No recurring subscription charge is due during the trial. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected paid subscription begins automatically.
Refunds
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins, except where required by applicable law or where a refund is approved for a particular circumstance.
Privacy
Dial-In Club will collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide accounts, safety, chat, subscriptions and customer support. Payment card information will be handled by our payment provider and will not be stored directly by Dial-In Club.
Terms
Dial-In Club is intended for adults age 18 and older. Members must follow community rules and may not use the service for harassment, abuse, fraud, illegal activity or other prohibited conduct. Additional full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy will be published before public launch.
